Here, you can install and manage plugins and themes.

Manage Plugins


To manage plugins,


  1. Select the sites in which you want to manage the plugin

  2. To load a specific plugin, enter the plugin name to load it. 

            To load all plugins in the selected sites, leave the text field blank and hit Load Plugins.


Active plugins will be grouped under the Active label. Inactive plugins will be grouped under the Inactive label. 

You can delete only inactive plugins.


Show by Plugins


This displays the plugins list and under each plugin, the sites in which they are installed.


Show by Websites





This displays the website list and under each site, the plugins that are installed in it.


Activating / Deactivating /Deleting a Plugin



To manage a plugin,







  1. Expand the sites in which you want to make the change.

  2. Hit Activate/Deactivate/Delete.

  3. Once all the changes have been done, click Apply Changes.


Installing plugins that are installed on other sites




In the website view, apart from the active and inactive plugins, there is a third group of plugins that is labelled Not Installed. 

These are the plugins that are installed on one or more of the selected websites but not in the one that is expanded. 

You can directly install them by clicking the Install link.


Manage Themes





To manage themes,



  1. Select the sites in which you want to manage the theme

  2. To load a specific theme, enter the theme name to load it.

    To load all themes in the selected sites, leave the text field blank and hit Load Themes.


The active theme is labelled Active. Inactive themes will be grouped under the Inactive label. 

You can delete only inactive themes. Of course, you cannot deactivate the current  theme.


Show by Themes


This displays the themes list and under each theme, the sites in which they are installed.


Show by Websites






This displays the website list and under each site, the themes that are installed in it.


Activating / Deleting a Theme


To manage a theme,




  1. Expand the sites in which you want to make the change.

Installing themes that are installed on other sites

Install Plugins



To install plugins,



  1. Select the sites in which you want to install the plugin



  1. You have 2 options before installing



            a. Activate plugins after installing

            b. By checking this option you can overwrite the files, if plugins already exist


  1. You can install the plugin from the following sources

            a. My favorites – You can select favorite plugins and install them directly from here




            b. WP Repository –You can search through the WP repository or install features, 

            popular, newest and recently updated plugins. You can also favorite plugins in the

            repository.





            c. My computer – Upload plugins from your computer.



            d. URL – Install plugins from a url of a plugin zip file.




As mentioned before, you can install plugins that are installed in other selected sites in the Manage Plugins section in the Websites view under the Not Installed label.


Installing plugins that are not in the WordPress repository-



You can add premium plugins or other plugins that are not in the WordPress repo to the My Favorites section and install them directly on your WP sites.


To install non-repo plugins,



  1. Select the websites in which you want to install the plugin



  1. Click on the Add to My Favorites link



  1. In the dialog that appears, fill in the details



            a. Plugin name – Name of the plugin

            b. Plugin Link – The direct URL to the plugin ZIP.

  1. Hit the Add to My Favorites button.

  2. Select the added plugin from the My Favorites section

  3. Hit the Install Plugins button



Install Themes

To install themes,



  1. Select the sites in which you want to install the themes

  1. You have 2 options before installing



            a. Activate themes after installing

            b. By checking this option you can overwrite the files, if theme already exist


  1. You can install the theme from the following sources


            a. My favorites – You can select favorite themes and install them directly




            b. WP Repository – You can search through the WP repository or install features, 

                popular, newest and recently updated themes. Preview the theme by clicking on the theme

                thumbnail image.  You can also favorite themes in the repository


                c. My computer – Upload themes from your computer

                d. URL – Install themes from a url of a theme zip file


As mentioned before, you can install themes that are installed in other selected sites in the Manage Themes section in the Websites view under the Not Installed label.


Installing themes that are not in the WordPress repository-
