Unfortunately, we don't have a simple one-click solution to fix the problem but we what we do have is a technical fix.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Open your WordPress site installed database.
2. Here find "iwp_backup_table_version" in wp_options table under "option_name" column and set the corresponding "option_value" to 0 and save it.
3. Next time when you activate or run any request to IWP client plugin the "wp_iwp_backup_status" table will be created automatically.
