You can generate manual reports instantly and send it out to your clients as a link.
- Select the websites.
- Select the Date range.
- Upload the Logo.
- Select the actions to be included in your client reports.
- You can localize your report by adding language variables here.
- Select the Template
- Upload the cover pic.
- Enter the report title content, and also you can change your font style, color, and size.
- You change the body styling of your Client Reports.
- Enter the Client note, and also you can change your font style, color, and size.
- Enter the Footer content, and you can change the font style, color, and size.
- You can save profile here and reuse it in future.
Once you hit fetch data, you will see the below screen in which you can enter your client details to send the report as a link via email. Also, you can preview the report before posting it your clients.
- Click preview button to view your client report. Once you click preview button, an HTML file will be downloaded
- Enter your email content here
- Make sure you are adding the shortcode [link] on your message. [link] will be replaced by your report link.
- Hit send email.
You can even schedule your reports to send automatically to your clients weekly or monthly.
- Select the websites.
- Enter a schedule name.
- Select the schedule time.
- Upload the Logo.
- Select the actions to be included in your client reports.

With Client Reporting addon version 3.1.0beta1 you can upload the reports to a custom location using FTP/SFTP credentials.
When you select the option "Default," the HTML reports will be saved to your IWP root/uploads folder.
When you select the option "Custom," you can specify your target folder using FTP/SFTP credentials in which your panel will save the HTML reports.
