Yes, you can schedule Malware Scans on your IWP admin panel. Right now a Malware scan schedule will be created automatically by selecting all your websites.
Scans will happen automatically every 24 hrs through Google Safe Browsing, and an email will be sent immediately if any malware found.
Go to Protect --> Google Safe Browsing. Here you can turn ON/OFF your Auto Scans.
